I liked the mangapanda translation better ("It's time to tell you everything" or something along those lines); half the time when Mangastream's translator tries to be all slangy they end up making the characters sound weird (see also: Ichigo seeing the need for "brevity" in the Ikumi interaction earlier; the word they should have used is levity and at any rate, both are so not words Ichigo would ever use if he were speaking English, come on, he can't kanji half the time)
so obviously Isshin took his wife's name when he married, making the Shiba-family origin pretty much a go
but if there were a family of Quincies named Kurosaki (or even a single Quincy named Kurosaki) living in Tokyo one has to wonder why Souken never told baby!Ishida about them/her
